I bought a Behmor 1600 drum roaster on April 14th 2008. This is the start of my new hobby of coffee. I have been drinking coffee for many years. About 2 years ago I started thinking about roasting coffe. I will be using this wiki to record my experiences roasting. I will post about my coffee beans, what I learn about the roaster, and other resources I find.
